Refund policy

At Inkwell Scribbles, every product is made to order — printed and produced specifically for you. Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, we’ll always make it right if there’s an issue with your order.


1. Order Issues & Eligibility

We gladly offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives with any of the following problems:

  • The item is damaged or defective.
  • The print quality is poor or incorrect.
  • You received the wrong item, size, or color.
  • The item does not match the product description.

To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.


2. What Isn’t Covered

Because each product is printed on demand, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered (please check the size guide before purchasing)
  • Slight color differences between your screen and the printed item
  • Minor print alignment or placement variations (within 0.5 inches)

We also can’t refund orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If the address error is discovered early, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before production begins.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they enter production. Once printing has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible through the Contact form or reply to the order email.


4. Returns

We do not require returns for defective or damaged items. If a return is needed for any reason, we will provide instructions — please do not send products back without prior authorization.


5. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us. We’ll investigate the shipment and, when confirmed lost or undeliverable, offer a replacement or refund.


6. How to Contact Us

Include your order number, photos of the issue, and we’ll respond within 1–2 business days.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
